Brian has been with Johnson Brunetti since 2005. He leads our Specialist team and processes all our insurance business. He also handles new business and outstanding service requests to assure they are handled in a timely manner. He expedites transfers of assets and provides solutions to our clients. Brian is instrumental in supporting the advisors on the insurance business and making sure things run smoothly.
Peggy is a member of our Specialist team. She has been with Johnson Brunetti since 2006. She has over 20 years of financial industry experience. She works closely with our advisors to process all securities new business. In addition, Peggy creates transfer summaries for new clients. In addition to working with our clients, Peggy assists our firm with our FINRA compliance requirements.
Chris joined the customer service team at Johnson Brunetti in April 2012. Chris is responsible for managing the operational and administrative details of accounts as well as responding to service questions.
She enjoys interacting with and assisting clients and her experience, professionalism and knowledge makes her a trusted and dependable resource to our clients.
Diane Alden is a member of Johnson Brunetti’s Specialist Team. Diane is responsible for managing the operational and administrative details of accounts, as well as responding to client service questions. Diane entered the banking industry in 1994. During her 19-year career, she has gained many accolades. Diane is a family orientated person, married with 4 children and enjoys both traveling and cooking.
Dona joined the specialist team of Johnson Brunetti in 2013. She is a servicing representative on our Specialist team. She was previously a branch manager at People’s United Bank. Dona is very happy to be part of the Johnson Brunetti family and with all her customer service background, she is eager to help our clients with their needs and questions.
Alex Hubbard joined Johnson Brunetti’s specialist team in 2017. Attention to detail, good listening skills and great empathy are symbols of his appreciation for our clients. Alex is FINRA Series 6 & 63 licensed as well as holding his Connecticut Life & Health license. He lives in West Haven with his wife Erin and their 3 children. Alex will soon begin taking courses at the American College of Financial Services to earn the Chartered Financial Consultant® designation, a comprehensive educational program that addresses all aspects of financial planning.
Diana proudly joins Johnson Brunetti, working directly with our Partner, Eric Hogarth. She is instrumental in ensuring the operations and details on all of Eric's client accounts. Diana couples her experience with her exceptional customer service skills, listening to and understanding client goals and needs, and helping devise strategies to address them. Diana comes to us with experience in Risk Management, having worked both as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, as well as working together with the top agents at U.S.' largest Broker/Dealer, which provided her a deeper understanding of the myriad of issues and options to address individual concerns and requirements.
As Financial Planning Specialist, Matt will be building financial plans for prospective clients, supporting advisor appointments, and creating a system and processes for financial planning across the sales department. He comes to us from Edward Jones, where he was a Financial Advisor. He has an MBA and is series 7, 66, life & health insurance licensed. Matthew recently moved to Connecticut from the Charlotte, NC area as a result of his wife accepting a medical residency at the Children’s Hospital.
Robin Lentz joined Johnson Brunetti in 2013. She is part of the Client Relations Team. With many years of experience at People’s Bank, Robin has a great knack for multitasking and handling the demanding schedules of our advisors. Robin also works with Jordan on managing and attending our educational workshops and seminars that are help throughout the year.
Jordanna McLaughlin has over eight years of customer service experience; she strives to build and maintain lasting customer and peer relationships, she possesses strong communication skills and she can easily establish rapport with people from all backgrounds and ages. Her analytical skills and intuition allow her to multi-task and she has a keen attention to detail. Prior to Johnson Brunetti, Jordanna worked as the Fleet Manager for Sixt Rent a Car, where she was responsible for processing all accounts receivable, maintained daily sales records, and coordinated relationships with outside vendors.
Jordanna earned her Bachelor of Business Degree in Accounting from Bay Path College in May 2015. She is currently working towards earning her Master of Science Degree in Leadership and Negotiation from Bay Path College, with an anticipated graduation date of October 2016.
Scott entered the financial services industry upon graduation from Stetson University in 2008, where he received Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Investment Management. He also has his Life, Accident and Health Insurance License. During his career, Scott has held positions in investment banking, investment management and retirement planning. Most recently, Scott was Director of Operations for a retirement planning firm in Connecticut, where he was instrumental in the rapid growth of the firm. He is a talented operations professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Scott resides in Milford with his Siberian Husky and in his spare time enjoys to travel.
Laurie is the Marketing and Events Director for Johnson Brunetti. She and her team are responsible for all marketing and public relations activities, as well as client appreciation events, educational events, referral events and workshops. She works closely with our media contacts and also is in charge of developing and maintaining all of our marketing materials, website, social media, sponsorships and advertising. Laurie is always looking for opportunities to grow awareness of our firm in the marketplace among our clients and the community at large.
Nina graduated with her Bachelors in Marketing from Pittsburgh’s Chatham University in 2012 and has been working in the marketing and advertising industry for over 5 years. In addition to her enthusiasm and passion for marketing, she brings over a decade of experience with customer service and sales to Johnson Brunetti.
In early 2017, she and her fiancé bought their first home where they live with their two beloved puppies.
Christine works in our marketing department. She coordinates all the educational workshops and helps out with our client appreciation events. Christine also manages our Client Introduction Program and assists with our client communications.
Cindy works in our marketing department. She is instrumental in managing the multiple requests for marketing materials as well as handling the details of our Investment Summit meetings. She also helps on many marketing initiatives.
Brianna Smalley is the Project Manager and Executive Assistant to Managing Partner, Joel Johnson, CFP®. She works closely supporting Joel on a variety of projects to continue to grow and develop Johnson Brunetti as a premier retirement and investment company. Brianna brings her experience from positions held in the financial industry, public relations and legal advocacy fields from her time in New York City to Johnson Brunetti to help us continue to grow and serve our clients.
Kate Bedard joined our team as Director of First Impressions. In her role, Kate is the initial point of contact for our clients coming into the Wethersfield office for appointments, she manages the phone lines, and helps to run the Wethersfield office efficiently on a day-to-day basis. Kate has exceptional customer service skills, and has worked in various customer service-focused roles over the past few years. Her positive demeanor brings a smile to all of the clients she interacts with on a daily basis.
